Filled two tags on decent bucks. 4 days of scouting at 650 miles on the truck we killed the two biggest bucks we found outta many many antelope. The unit we drew isn't the best but I wouldn't change a thing. Great time with family and friends as always.

Awesome hunt, I'm jealous of you western guys! I enjoyed the pics, looks like you had a good camp setup. Congrats again!
Camp has been a work in progress. Each year we add on the stuff we wanted from the last trip. Thank you! We had a blast. HOT as heck but a great time.

We found the alfalfa fields about 2 hrs from our camp so we packed up some gear and camped out under the stars and man was it a great night! We always go big just to make sure the wife's and kids are comfy but I sure miss the bivy camps in the mountains. But this will have to work as a spike camp this trip.

3 crucial elements to a successful antelope hunt.
1. Friends and family
2. Good fuel mileage
3. Clean windshield
Looks like you guys had a great time! Back straps for dinner?

Awesome kicker on that buck! I think he will be a turned a bit on the shoulder mount to show that off?

Backstraps where awesome! This one will be Euro and mounted with my hopes of a real monster from Wy in Oct and my wife's doe with 4" horns from last year. Kind of a trifecta mount.

Ikeepitcool, thanks for sharing your great hunt, pictures and of course the story! Congrats. The kids looked like they lit up the country side scoring all those Jacks!

Gorgeous buck, congrats to you! Loving the idea on the mount, always wanted to mix together a couple of mounts from our little hunting crew. Very cool. I think the kids seem to look forward most to the jack rabbits & fishing holes, we always try to find the coolest camp to get the most out of every hunt. Last years antelope we had a horrible camp! But while hunting jacks after dark, my oldest daughter found a jack, frozen by the light, right next to her feet. Out of nowhere, she reaches down and grabs them long ears and FLIPS that jack end over end HIGH into the air!! We were all rolling and that jack bought his freedom for the price of a good laugh. Turned out to be a most memorable camp. Thanks for all the pics!
