Theres this taxi outfit thats in casper that did a group of my buddies antelopes, and was fix priced with shipping for like 600. The quality and detail of the work was impeccable, they said it was like livn legends taxidermy or something like that anyone know of/ or if the guy still gives the same deal. For that price and quality its cheaper, and less stressful to take it home and have my guy who does mostly whiteys mess it up.
Thanks

Yepr thats him, thanks for the info.. Called him and game on baby have max points and am gonna take 3 weeks off, week before to find him, week to nock him down, and a week to recover from my hangover.

Good luck on the hunt and looking forward to seeing that mount once you get it.

Myself I should be hunting unit 67 in Wyoming and plan on doing my first Antelope taxi work on my buck. Figure to practice on a doe or two first. I know you need to be extra careful with Antelope, their hair is hollow and its easy to get hair to fallout. As I'm typing this I am sitting here looking at the mount of the Antelope buck I took in '09 in California. That was my first Antelope hunt and l fell in love with hunting them. Can't wait for the fall.

Yeah my buddies went to that ol' boy and (just there .02) werent to impressed. But in the same sense, everyone has there opinions. I would bring mine back but the taxi guy I use says antelope are probably the hardest to do and do right. (whatever that means)I am assuming something with cape, eyes, etc.. So i figure I will take it to a guy that does them regularly. I love hunting them speed goats.. Just hope its cooler in temp this yeat than last when I go.

It is amazing that a place like Casper which is in the middle of such great hunting has so few if any good Taxi's. I used one last season and won't use them again.

This is my first year hunting in WY so I have not used a taxidermist in Casper yet. I plan on stopping by a couple of shops to look closely at their work before I start hunting this fall. That seems like the best thing to do.
