Hope everyone archery hunting has a great time. Here in Units 71,711, 74 & 70 it will probably muddy and wet. Been raining of and on for 2 days now.

SW Colorado Opener Today

1st archery elk opener that I havent been in the woods in 7 years.
NW Colorado has more forage than the guys were expecting. Seeing small groups of elk being elk.
We go up and set camp the 11th for a cow muzzle loader tag and a couple bear tags.

The big change here in the SW part of Colorado is that Archery Tags are now limited and drawing only, not OTC as in past years. Less crowding for sure.
