I like the Atlanta Falcons and have no problem at all if they win. Very good and deserving team. But I have to admit it would be fun to watch Roger Goodell hand the Lombardi Trophy to Tom Brady. Better yet seeing Brady and Belichick (and all the Patriots) get to go to the White House as Super Bowl champs for a photo-op with President Trump. Madonna might puke on herself.
hahaha, that Madonna comment got me!

Hard to go against the patriots over the falcons, but the falcons just might!

This actually may be a good game, unlike most of the playoffs!

Falcons are very good, but Packers made them look even better. I'm hoping Belichick has one more magic game up his sleeve.

I predicted a Falcon lead at the half 20-10 (somewhat close). I then predicted a Terrific Tom comeback in the send half with my final score being 35-31.
How close is that!!
Honestly, take away the 14 points in defense turnovers, and this game was close in the 1st half. Stat wise, the Pats lead the entire game. It was a matter of time, as whether the Pat would have enough time to catch up.

Love or Hate them, you've got to admit Brady and Belichick have been beyond great for 17 yrs.
7 Super Bowls with 5 wins.

If you look at the stats you'll see why (& how) NE won. They ran 94 plays to Atlanta's 47. Atlanta scores didn't take hardly any time off the clock (in addition to 2 defensive scores). Atlanta's defense was on the field way too long and just ran out of gas in the 2nd half.

It seems like the Falcons did everything they could to give the game away in the 4th qtr. They stopped pressuring brady which allowed him to make some great throws and the his receivers quit dropping the balls.
The one play I think cost the Falcons the game was on their last possession before the pats tied the game. They needed 1 yard for a first down and they try to throw the ball instead of running for 1 yard. Ryan gets sacked, they don't get a first down and they get knocked out of field goal range.
That was the end.
