I like mine. I have the Solo and love the load shelf and the gun bearer.

Carrying out quarters of our 2nd elk that week.

Not a ton of experience with different packs, but it was a big step up from my Eberlestock J34 to me.

I have the Solo. Just right for about 4 days. You can easily make this a 10 day bag with a couple dry bags or opening up the load shelf to pack in.

I like the Terminus bag and Sky lid combo for ten day hunts. I'm adding an Access Bag to stuff things in like camp shoes or smaller capes. I don't like running "gypsy" with stuff hanging off my pack back unless it's in a bag itself. This pack has been excellent in the 3 years I've been using it. 130 lb. load here. For a internal/external hybrid frame it excels where many packs fail. It truly balances out strength and light weight.

How about a couple pics of the sky lid hooked to the terminus. I was thinking of doing that with a solo bag.

I have the terminus. I haven't used it in the field yet.....this October will change that. I've used it around my house testing it out and hiking with upto 80 lbs with a few trips around the yeard with 100-110 lbs. I've think I finally have it set-up where I need it. So far so good. These packs are built extremely well.

Bought a Sky7400 and so far really like it. Had a few fitting issues at first as I am a pretty big guy but Kurt@SG worked with me and worked everything out. Have not used the pack on a hunt yet but will be in October on a 5 day backpack hunt. One thing you can count on is excellent customer service!

Switchbackkd, Just got back from using the sky7400 pack to haul all my gear into a camp and then as a day pack for a 5 day hunt. Basically modified a couple minor things and had some thoughts about the sling to attached the rifle to your pack but all in all very happy. Also I am a pretty big guy and had some fit concerns and ended up talking to Kurt the owner of Stone glacier a couple times and can tell you the support is top notch. I am no backpacking expert by any means but would be more then happy to discuss with you if you want.

Excellent pack.

I use the Solo and can go 5 days with it.

It handles a load extremely well, no barreling or shifting what-so-ever. I'm also a big fan of the load sling design they use.

Also hard to ignore how much lighter they are than most other options.

Incredible stability with this frame on. I took a 30ft tumble loaded over a 100# on a steap side hill. After I gathered up my hurt feelings, I didn't even adjust the belt.

tttoadman took Bitterrootbull's throwing the pack off a cliff to a whole new level.
I have had my SG Approach for a couple years now and there service after the sale is excellent.
