I didn't draw a bear tag in Wasington this year, Since I have already purchased the Idaho license in order to put in for the Elk/Deer/Antelope draw I was thinking for heading to over to try Spring Bear in Idaho. What is 16A like? It doesn't look like it is much wilderness. How much snow is over that way this year? Does anyone know what the bear population is like? Any tips would be helpful.
