haha, so I get a call from butcher a little earlier asking me if I knew I had put my bear tag on my elk!!!!!!!! oh my hell, how did I screw that up??? I grabbed tag from my folder not even thinking I bought a spring bear tag and notched and put on. I fixed that real fast!

wish they'de color code em for us senile old farts.but it probly wouldn't help anyhow.

was out there with my brother this morn and seen some real bruiser bucks! 2 big mule deer with a tiny fork n horn whitetail, I thought that was weird. the big bucks started walking off and turned around and waited for the little guy to catch up, was neat to watch.
