Has anyone tried the Lite version?
They look to be very lightweight and use sticks to burn, no fuel canister.

I've never used one but I watched a video where the guy used one to cook taters and fresh caught trout. My own thought was that it looked neat but what would you do if you were out in bad weather and all the fuel (sticks, etc) was wet?

I think I will pick one up myself if I draw deer this year for a back pack hunt I’m planning.
The big one would be cool for the backyard.

Although not as fancy you can make miniature rocket stoves for nearly nothing out of nearly anything. It appears these work in a similar way.
