Snow!!!

We have our first snow here in SW Colorado since the first week of November. It has been snowing since about midnight and still coming down. Just got back in the house after brooming off out sat dish and there is about 6" on the ground. I will have to plow our access road sometime this morning. We definitely need it as the irrigation forecast was for 75% or less of our normal allotment.

After this last storm we are now at average for the year.

We've been getting a fair amount where I live.

Naturally since I had to leave my truck and ATV down in Grand Junction due to a problem with it I really need the plow. I've shoveled more snow in the last few days than I have in quite a while.

Just talked to a friend who is 2 hours north of us, he has 40 inches of snow. We don't have that much but it's been a lot.

We got some Tuesday and Wednesday probably about 8 plus inches. Supposed to warm up next few days. We need it since it’s been really dry here this winter.

Getting hammered in SE Ohio this year with snow and it's been bitter cold.
Worst winters in 10 years so we're due.
I don't mind. The snow makes spotting game easier and it's easier for winter sports that require snow.

I remember you telling me that. Years ago you sent me a whole bunch of 25 cal bullets. My son is still shooting those. Knocking down some quality critters

Glad he can use them. I only shoot one weight bullet for antelope and deer in my 25-06.

Snow is melting here at a pretty fast clip. The snow eater wind is going to have just about everything we got in the last month gone in very short order.

Worst winter since 1982 here in Illinois. 14 inches of snow then another 4 inches 2 days later.
