Sig Sauer Kilo 2000

Well I just upgraded my range finder and decided on the kilo 2000. It sure is clear, and the red readout is awesome. Seems fast as heck, and it appears to be a keeper.

Iv'e owned the 2000 for a couple years now think it's a great R/F. However, the battery cap started to loose it's contact with the battery and the unit would shut down from time to time and that was very frustrating........Sent it in for repair and was told that some units had faulty battery caps, so they installed a redesigned/upgraded cap and all is well. Before Sig sent it back to me I received a phone call from the tech that worked on my unit and explained the cap issue assured me that he tested the unit 3 or 4 times a day for two weeks before they would send it back. The moral of my story is great customer service if you need it and i have no complaints with the performance of the R/F.

Yeah, the kilo is a really good range finder.

I went Leica. Want to see more longevity on the SIGs, but they sure are nice.
