Yes, for this month's EBJ I wrote an MRS with details on all the 2016 special draw and raffle tags across the West (except for Indian reservation tags), including the odds of drawing

There is also a big table for all the 2016 auction tags with the dates and details, and in every state but Colorado, last year's winning bids

It was a ton of work but I think guys interested in those tags will find it a very useful reference

did you include the super slam drawings? The grand slam club seams to have found another way to make gobs of money. they buy or get a hunt donated and than raffle if off. I believe there is 2 drawings a month or something like that.

I personally know 3 people who have drawn the Governor's sheep tag here in CO; all took rams. This is the tag you buy the raffle ticket for (as opposed to the auction tag).

I bought one raffle ticket from the Desert Bighorn Sheep Society in 2008 and won the last of 3 sheep hunts, a Dall sheep hunt with Coke Wallace in Alaska and yes I was successful with an 8 yr old Ram.
The best news was 1 week later, Utah informed me that I had drawn a Desert sheep tag.
2008 was a great year.
