Well i went ahead and ordered one thinking how good it would be for my nevada goat hunt.After waiting 5 weeks,filing a claim on paypal and calling customer service nunerous times it showed up."Okay,all will be overlooked"!Open box,no deluxe pack i paid extra for,no instructions of any kind,nothing.Three weeks later: no one answers the e-mails,no body answers phone at customer service.Back to pay pal with claim for money spent on pack.At least i got the blind and can figure out how it works.I would stear clear of this product until further notice.Who knows maybe they take the month of june off to fish for eelpouts?Larry
Wow. What a hassle. I have had great luck with Paypal and getting money returned on items I got that weren't what I ordered. What did Paypal say?
