Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry

If any of you want to make a road trip here is a great occasion to see and experience a rocky mountain oyster feast.

It is a great time and I plan on joining the festivities and the eats.

The Colorado State University Extension, Eagle County (CSU Extension) and Eagle County 4-H volunteers will host The Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry to benefit 4-H programs on Saturday, March 16 from 5 - 10:00 PM in the Eagle River Center at the Eagle County Fairgrounds.

We have a ministry for college students that we lead. A lot of them we currently have attending are AG department students. They are talking about how this time of year is oyster season LOL.
