I'm thinking the reason for deer and antelope tags being so much tougher to draw this year than in previous years, is because of the change in the application deadline from March 15th to June 1st. Is there any way to look up overall application numbers?

Yeah I'm pretty sure that has something to do with it, you could already see how good of spring Wyoming was having and most other draws were done. So it makes sense. Not sure how to check application numbers.

I think it is all of the above. Breaking F up into two regions, the later application date and on top of that a good year moisture wise and we see what happens.
