I don't get the picture problem Oh well
Cute girls, and I am sure you are going to have your hands full if you don't already.
Cheers

Timber Stalker - I'm jealous, I could never get the girls out. Nice job!
I'm surprised that they want t go sometimes. On the weekends my 18 year old drives 3 hours home from college, then gets up at 4:30 just to hunt for the day then drives all the way back. We saw one buck this year and it gave her the slip, she wanted to go back the next morning but had to be at basketball practice that day. My 16 year old never saw deer this year, but never gave up. They are good kids, I don't have to worry about riffraff, they are pretty particular about the company they keep.

Not much to it. Hes had it for a long time now, I guess 20 years about. Its an 84 and all stock. Doesn't like to go uphill at elevation with that old carbureted 6 cylinder. He painted that green color 5 or 6 years ago; the top was always black and the original color was silver. We take it on our week long deer hunts, even towed it to Wyoming before. The little cab is nice and cozy on the cold mornings. HE is going to retire here pretty quick and sell his house. I want him to take some money and make it a nice little thing with a fuel injection set up and maybe a little 2" lift. Maybe air lockers in the back. Just make it mechanically sound and hunt the hell out it. Hes moving to the Medford area so you may see it up there pretty soon

I've always wanted one of these, that sounds like a nice one. I have a CJ5 that I've had for nearly 30 years, I don't take it hunting anymore.

He fixed all the rust before he had it painted and put a new windshield sheetmetal. Powdercoated all the brackets and rims. It had that nice little rubicon rack on it when he bought it.
You don't see the the scramblers too much but if you can get your hands on one they seem to hold their value.
I have a 1972 GMC suburban that I would like to work on and take hunting on a more regular basis. I guess a lot of us on here have old cool trucks and jeeps. Ill try to find some pics. Any pics of that cj5?
Cheers

I should have a bunch, but I guess I don't have many lately. I only drive it a few times a year. image.jpg

The jeep gets as sideways as the pics do here.
