Eurasians are larger than morning or whitewing doves and their meat is a little lighter in color. I like to take the breast ans slice it off the bone, wrap in bacon & BBQ. Add a little BBQ sauce to your liking. They are really good, especially with a brewski!

For rabbits we have always just browned them in a dutch oven after rolling them in flower then slow cook them for quite a while. Then poor in some cream of mushroom soup for about the last 1/2 hour. It makes a great camp meal.

Great recipes guys!I have made doves with cream cheese and jalepenos wrapped in bacon on the smoker, good stuff.
Pan seared with a salad sounds like a good combo.

Sounds good go deep but after 50 yrs and numerous cooking schools I have only been able to fry chicken
one time. And I think that was beaks and feet! actually I enjoy Jackrabbit more...,bigger hind quarters.
