Quivalizer - Arrow Quiver/Stabilizer.

Anyone on here use one?

I did a search and some guys have been using them but I was wondering what their opinions were after using them for a while.

Im concerned about having to reach over my left arm with my right arm to be able to grab the arrow. Any suggestion on the functionality of that?
