Those dirty bazards took all of my points when I was in college....because yes...they changed it to "within 2 years" when I didn't have the money to apply and I didn't check on it for a couple years.

WOW WAS I MAD....I LOST 5 POINTS...

That was an understatement. I WAS REEEEALY MAD...

Then they changed it back to "Every 10 years" the following year...

That is frustrating. They tried that in Utah but that quickly was overturned. Something about we. Bought them, they cant take them...
