Preference points question

I have to admit that out of the 3 or 4 states that I put applications for Wyoming has one of the hardest draw systems to actually figure out, but it is nice to have someone to ask a question if you do have a problem with it.

Tags in units are drawn at a point level. So what took 5 point in 16 will take 6 points in 17.

Not necessarily the case. .very unit dependent...there are instances where the is no point jump, and instances where it jumps more that 1...so can't really know the answer until the draw happens
