So it's official...I have hit another plateau. I am curious what some of you guys do to break out of a plateau, other than consistency.

A few things I have tried:

Adding a major change to at least one day of the routine.
Changing the time of day that workouts happen.
Up the weight in a steady, but well thought out and planned way.

What do you guys do?

Read up on some of Matt Reynolds stuff. It's all on a individual basis and if your serious about breaking those plateaus it might be worth getting a online coach.
Me, I don't care. I spend Jan-Apr on a novice program of some sort. Then do a maintaining program and shift focus to conditioning. By the time hunting season ends and the holidays run their course I'm ready to get my numbers back up again.

Change the entire routine, do a completely different workout. Incorporate exercises your body is not used to doing. Hard to give suggestions not being certain what you have been doing.
