Adorama has these on sale for 699.95 (47% off) with free shipping. I know they're not Leicas, but they're not Tasco either. I can't afford them right now, but I figured maybe it would do someone else some good. I have a pair of Pentax 7X50s, and really like them.

I think my 10x43 are dcf sp... and for the money hard to beat, at least at the time.
I'd also check out zen ray. but very pleased with my pentax, also have a cheaper pair of 9x28 that are awesome, but of course much cheaper.
