Does anyone know if all member's of the party must buy a licence or can others select to only purchase if drawn?

I will be buying the licence for myself and have a buddy that I am going to let piggy back on my points this year if we get lucky. Of course he would rather not purchase a licence if not drawn.

Let me know if this is possible. Will be for Non res deer.

Everyone on the application needs to purchase the license.

I don't think that with the new system you can even apply without a license i know you could in the past but i think it forces you to buy one now

yep what nv-hunter said... can't apply without getting a license period

Everyone who applies must buy a license, but they can also elect to recieive a refund for the cost of the license if not drawn for a tag. BUT they will NOT get a bonus point if they elect for the refund.
