We have a party of 4 and we will draw the Steens next year. There is some good info about steens on here but i was hoping some 2014 hunters could chime in. We are all in good shape and plan on packing in 4+ miles. What areas will we be more likely to get into the deer, and does anyone have any suggestions on where to pack in from? I am aware that populations are abmismal right now, that doesnt worry us we just want a fun experience and a chance at a few nice bucks.
