Opinions/advice on best units for an archery only tag with 9 points

I'm Tony and a Colorado resident. I'm an avid bowhunter and will be applying for a 2017 elk unit tag. I'm seeking opinions on the best Wyoming units, in terms of a quality hunt for big bulls, that a non-resident could draw with 9 points. I'm familiar with what Eastmans is saying and some of the other popular forums, but I'd value the opinions of people who have actually hunted certain units and are willing to share their experiences. I have some advice but would like to PM you on what I know. I live in South Dakota and have hunted a good unit in Wyoming 4 different times since 2001 and have shot bulls all 4 years. I'll wait for a response.
