NR Draw question & Draw Stats

I thought I knew everything about the WY draw but now I'm not sure. So here is a question that I hope doesn't seen stupid.

With no PP for deer can I enter the special PP draw for deer if I pay the fee ? I saw that some one had zero points and was in the special PP draw, or was he in the random special draw and he didn't get picked and they gave him that tag because some were left in the special PP draw ? I hope I'm not out thinking myself here?

Another anomaly or a mistake is the NR deer draw odd for last year. On the tables for the random and special random draws there are no limited draw results after limited area 116. Does this mean that all the rest of those limited draw areas after 116 had no tags available in those draws, hard to believe or are they just missing. They only listed two of the general region tags available and I know that a lot of those region areas open to those draws. What' UP?

Any explanations that my old mind can understand would be appreciated.

Yes you can enter the random draw with no PP, just apply for a good area or region and you'll be in the drawing if the area has random tags.

I think for your last question the issue is you're missing the second page. Did you print it out? Maybe it's on the backside of your first page. Because both the Random draw and the Special Random draw have up to area 116 on page 1, and then on page 3 is the last two regions, x and y.

To answer your first question - You can enter both the regular and special draw with any or no points. The preference point draw is conducted first, where the highest point holders draw the tags, and then everyone that did not draw is then thrown into the random draw.

Everyone goes into the pp draw. Anybody that doesn't draw there goes into the random draw. All you decide is what price to pay (regular or special) and the tag you want to apply for.

Thanks, I think you answered my second question. I knew There had to be more draw data for those other areas and regions in the random draws. Now to find that second page of data.

When I went back to the fish and game site and looked at the draw odds again there still wasn't any data for the random and special random draw odd for deer after limited area 116 until I tried to print the page and then they magically appeared. Weird

What browser are you using? I see all the pages just fine. Using Internet Explorer.
