What chances does a non resident actually have of drawing a Valle Vidal or Valleys Caldera elk hunt?

How is this calculated?

Divide total number of applicants for any given hunt by successful applicants for that hunt. You can get that number on the nmdgf website draw odd report or on toprut.com new mexico

These units are VERY tough to draw so don't get your hopes up. If you do draw, you will have one hell of a hunt.

I wasn't aware non-resident tags were offered in Valle Vidal? So I would assume 0%..

As far as 6B Elk Rifle (Valles Caldera) goes, I seen on last years odds (for rifle) that 142 non-residents applied (80- 1st, 36 -2nd, and 26-3rd), only 1 non-resident received a tag for 1st choice.. Odds were pretty much the same, if not worse, for bow as well..
