nice young bull

I found this nice young bull on my evening hike in Anchorage. I saw several others too. Not as many bears in this area!

Thanks, this bull was very talkative...grunting and carrying on. There was a cow nearby also. I think he was hoping the rut will last a while longer.
The bull you got looks better than this guy.

Hilltop, we got our first real snow yesterday (4") but it was mostly melted off by late afternoon, when I took the photos. But I heard that Fairbanks got up to 18" of fresh snow!
