My wife and I each drew 2 antelope doe tags in the Wyoming draw yesterday. This year will find us in unit 73 by Casper hoping to fill our coolers. I cant wait.
I chose this unit as a possible buck hunt for the future so I thought this would get me some boots on the ground. Ive never hunted 73 so with that comes apprehension and uncertainty but also the fun of trying to figure it out. As soon as I saw we drew I ordered a map and made a call to the game warden (again). I hope to put a plan together that will allow my wife and I to kill some antelope with our kids watching but if not, it still will be a success to me as my wife and kids will be right there the whole time.
I cant wait and wish I was leaving tomorrow.
