CC has one on his muzzle loader and I am sure that he looked into the legality of it. A lot of it would be up to the interpretation of the person that checked you. But I wouldn't worry too much about it. All they would need to do is to actually look at it.

There website says ''legal in every state except Colorado''. What a shame.

SeeAll Sights give you a big advantage when it comes to a Muzzle Loader, or a Crossbow. Offering a battery free design, anti fogging optic, target and sight both in perfect focus, virtually bullet proof construction, no parallax error, and no recoil limitations, SeeAll Sights will get you on target faster, and help you shoot more accurately. Legal in every state except Colorado a SeeAll Sight will out shoot all the competition.
I have the original Mk1 sight which was the only one they made when I bought mine. I checked with Colorado Parks & Wildlife and they said it was legal in Colorado. Looking at some of the other models now offered, I can see where there might be some that are questionable. I'm shooting mine and it will stay on the TC. If a Warden questions it, he is going to have to show me just where it doesn't meet the regs.

I'm with him. I checked with the DOW and they said it was ok to use it.

They have a model that uses Tritium to illuminate the fiber optic in low light conditions. My guess is that one model pushes the no artificial light part of the regulation.

I sent an email to seeallopensight.com this morning asking if their sights are legal for Colorado Muzzleloader season. Below is my question in the email and their response.

My question to them;
Hello,I will be going to Colorado for a muzzleloader hunt next year. I have been told by some guys that your sights are not legal for this hunt and told by others they are legal. Just trying to find out for sure prior to purchasing one of your sights. One guy told me only your original the MK1 would be legal. Was hoping you all could let me know for sure. Thanks, Joe

Their response;
Hello
The confusion is that the sight follows all the regulations the state has, but if you ask them they say they are not legal, because of that I have to tell you that they are not legal in Colorado

VERY INTERESTING!!!!! :confused:

I just talked to Seeall and heard their part of the story. Because several of their sights do not fit Colorado regs, for liability reasons they say not approved, even tho the Mk1 does meet the criteria.

I also talked to CP&W and they say the MK1 does meet the rules. I'm hunting with mine......have been for 4 years!

Glad to hear it Colorado Cowboy. Looks like I am back on track to purchase one again now that you got that cleared up. Just wanted to make absolutely sure and not purchase something I couldn't use.

Thanks
