IKC When viewing the latest pics that you posted I marveled at the increased ground clearance as well as the extra space the front tires have from the wheel well. I had some real gumbo clogging issues with my stock Ranger when antelope hunting in WY, and occasionally had to winch out of some wheel ruts on local back trails. A 2" lift kit helped a lot, but your add-on is a great upgrade.

Thank you.

The suspension lift is a 2”. I added a Super ATV 3” bracket lift myself to get both more ground clearance and more room in the wheel well. My old 2018 had 30” tires but would occasionally rub if the Ranger had two big guys in it and I was turning sharp so I didn’t want any rubbing on this one.

One other thing that you might want to consider adding is a rear facing winch.

If you think about it all winches should be mounted on the rear. When you drive into a problem do you want to be pulled through the problem or out of the problem?

On a ATV forum that I am on there are a number of members who are placing a winch on the rear along with the front facing one.

That is one of the things I’m thinking about.

Either a winch connected to a receiver or a mobile winch that just connects to the ball and is small enough it can be easily stored. To sure the way I’m going to go with but I think it’s a great idea.

I had one, the only problem I had with it was lack of power.
If you just put bigger tires and a lift on a stock Samurai, they are under powered. Mine has a lower gear Transfercase and is fine. I have a 4" lift with 29" tires and can still drive on the freeway. Can drive it to go hunting or fishing or flat tow it. It fits down those ATV/UTV trails too.
A friend of mine has and loves his new Polaris. It was nice but was big.

On the Samurai, on the YouTube channel for Fab Rats they put a Toyota drive train into one and it is no longer under powered.
