tttoadman thanks for the welcome. Going over east this year for deer but I will miss hunting those cagey ole blacktails. I remember seeing a thread that I believe you started about your pack weight including food from last year. I'm looking to lighten my load in the food category. You mainly hunt over east or here in the west side?

I stay in michigan mostly right now but have points in many places and puting in every year for some places just no luck
