New Mexico Mule Deer Hunt

I didn't have any success on this trip but it was my first guided hunt I have done. I highly recommend Largo Canyon Outfitters. They have an awesome camp and great people to be around. Their statement is true, "no one will work harder for you than LCO." I had the biggest buck I have ever seen at 23 yards when he busted me at the draw, he is the big guy in the photos below. Luckily the first time we saw him one of the guides snapped a picture. We saw some other good bucks all week. Here are some photos... We saw some Native American writings on a rock cliff, some nice bulls and some great bucks.

I don't have a pin for that hah and Colorado sucked. Barely any public land and the public that would be good took an application for a permit 30 days prior so it was kind of out of the question.

That's a bummer man... at least you still have Idaho!
