Hello fellow outdoorsman,
I am from Washington, I am a 25 year old from western Washington but went to college in Ellensburg, WA. Got to sit and watch beautiful bulls all year while chasing spikes all fall (while I had the time). looking to head to Idaho this year. I love my archery elk hunts during the rut. Taking the wife this year to Idaho. I may buy a tag, may not depending on how Wyoming draw does me this year. Last year, Wyoming did me well
. Want to learn Idaho a little bit more. Looking to chase elk with my wife pre-rut since I plan to be on my own elk hunt during the peak of the rut. I am currently looking at Units 32A and 49 (or any others that people suggest)... I know 49 is steep rugged country. I do have stock but want to avoid taking them as it presents a lot of additional work. 32A seems pretty good but tons of roads and from looking at maps, I would bet a lot of people. Can anyone give me some additional info on units 32A or 49? or any unit they may suggest?
