Grew up in MI with a Dad who was serious fisherman. Was bit by the hunting bug while the USCG had me stationed in AK. Bagged a few ptarmigan, but nothing else. Now stationed in southern AL. Harvested a whitetail doe this season. Looking to get more into western style, spot & stalk hunting for Elk & Mule Deer. Eventually, I'll make it back to AK for a Mountain Goat hunt. Looking forward to reading the forums and learning.
