Hello people,

As topic says, I'm new here, born and raised in The Netherlands.
Not persé a hunter or a fan even but I've been dabbling with the idea of hunting on rabbits (in the city) so I figured for advice its better to ask Americans.

Can I do so in this topic or should open a new one in a different section?

Lots of people start with rabbits, squirrels or game birds and find that before long hunting big game gets in their blood.

Think about going along with someone, even if it's just sitting in a ladder stand for a morning or an evening. Immersing yourself as a careful watcher in the outdoor world of deer and other wildlife is something you have to experience to understand. It's magical. Bringing home some healthy meat is a bonus.
