Hello I am new to the forum. My name is Matt Mullins and I live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. I am married with 3 kids-2 girls and a boy. When I am not hunting I like to go to the lake and take the family on vacation. I have been on for awhile but do to work I have not been on here consistently.
My favorite thing to do is by far hunting. In the last five years I made the decision to go west and take up big game hunting. In that time I have gone on 2 hunts, one antelope and one mule deer hunt, both in New Mexico. In addition, I have been buying up gear and putting in for points in all the other states for deer, elk, antelope, moose, sheep and goat. In hopes of one day being able to cash them in.
I still hunt whitetails here in OK, but the price for a good lease has gotten to be so expensive that I choose to hunt mediocre land and spend my money on out of state applications and gear. I have good friend with some land that lets me hunt and for that I am grateful and have it better than most.
I think that this forum is a great place to meet new people, and share info on land and gear. Thanks for reading and good luck this fall.
