Of course I'm new, that's why I'm posting here. I like the "feel" of the comments here and there does not seem to be the "attitude" that shows on other sites. I am pretty avid in the outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping and enjoying God's creation. I bow hunt, rifle hunt, flyfish in fresh and saltwater. I love to reload and shoot my long range rifle, but nothing gets me going more than being within 20 yards of a bull elk or mule deer buck with my bow in hand. I hunt with llamas and go solo when my sons can't make it with me or my friends have to work. I live in South Central Idaho and think Idaho is the best state for my interests. I manage a ranch, have a wife that puts up with all my activities and we have 2 sons. I have 5 dogs, 2 labs for waterfowl hunting, 2 english pointers for upland birds and a Yorkie? I really should have left that last dog out, but she is cool. Life is good.

Welcome. Pretty good group of folks here, lots of advice to be had, and very little negativity/personal attacks. A very good forum.
