We saw 13 bulls total and a lot of deer and antelope. There were quite a few folks out scouting and just camping. Some of the prettiest country I have seen.

Awesome, I'll be up there for my first bull tag this year also. Already loosing sleep over it.

I drew the early rifle along with a group deer hunt with my dad at the same time in area 171-173. Taking two weeks off and see if we can't pull off an elk within the first week and then down for deer the second week. Remind me and I'll give you an update when I get back.

Sounds like a great plan Devan - I will be scouting up there once in August and over Labor Day weekend. My wife and I have 032 deer tags so we probably wont be up in October but I will keep you updated as to what I see. Shoot me a PM so I am reminded to update you.
