Go DUKE!!!

March Madness is awesome, best sporting event of the year!

Final Four:
Duke
Kentucky
Wisconsin
Villanova

I don't normally follow college basketball at all, but I went to an Oregon State game this year, and then they started getting a little tourney buzz, so I was following a little more. Obviously March Madness is off the table for the Beavs now, but I'm still paying a little attention. With essentially 1 player on the bench, they won't have the staying power to go far in the Pac-12 tournament. I think they could beat Colorado, but then I REALLY hope they beat the Ducks. You know, just to put a little damper on the obnoxious fans. They played them close last week in Corvallis, so I don't think it's out of the question. Would be a fun ending to the season. :)

I am happy my alma mater Purdue is on track to get in. Might even make some noise next year with their age group. Couple 7 footers tend to make a difference in the tourney.

Boiler Up.

Being a Georgia State Basketball Alum I hope they can get in this year. After that though I like Duke, North Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Gonzaga. Not necessarily in that order. And yes I hate to say it BUT Kentucky. Always been a fan of Kentucky basketball but have never been a Calipari fan. I still pick them to win the National Championship.

Even as a Volunteer fan I got to root for Kentucky, with their talent and depth I do not see them getting beat. I have always taken the field against the favorite every time but not now. GO SEC !!

It's been about 25 years since UNLV beat Duke by 30 points to win the title. UNLV has had lots of ups and downs since, mostly downs so it's been kind of hard to get excited the last few years.
Good luck to whatever team you're pulling for.

I'm amazed that anyone outside of ultra liberal chapel hill likes duke. Must be people from California.

I would like to know the story as well. My guess is half Duke fans in the country have never even been to Chapel Hill and couldn't tell you the last head coaches name.

I did a project up at LACreek WMA last year. It sits right between 2 reservations and I couldn't believe how many people were wearing North Carolina and Duke gear at the bar. We were sitting there going WTF are these folks really ACC fans in South Dakota????

Here's one for ya. Last summer my oldest went to Duke Basketball Camp and my middle child went to UNC Basketball Camp. Both camps were at the same time and me and the wife would go back and forth watching both their scrimmages. It was pretty cool. I grew up an ACC fan so I have always liked both...and Coach K is a good man! You can just tell. If y'all have middle school age kids that like basketball I recommend both. I would probably give the edge to the Duke camp but both were a lot of fun. This year I think both boys are going to do the Duke one. UNC is definitely southern and Duke is "New Jersey south" is what people say. A lot more out of state goes to Duke and I think somewhere upwards of 80% of UNC students are in state. North vs. South.
