Well, I've had this rifle for almost a year now, it got its first kills in Wyoming this past October. It was a graduation present from my parents.

270 WSM shooting 140grain Accubonds
- 24" Cut rifling barrel made by a guy out of Prescott, AZ
-Model 70 trigger and action set to 2.5lb pull
-McMillian Hunters Edge stock
-Just bought a 4x16 Bushnell Elite Scope, scope in picture is what I used in WY, 3x9 Burris I took off my .280

This thing really puts the hammer down on Muleys and Antelope.

One of the first loads I worked up for it, gonna tinker with the seating depth a little, still think I need to seat them a little lower off the lands, but not much.

Here's its first kill! 200 yards bedded down, he didn't get up.

Yea the rifle is very very light but recoil is suprisingly mild due to the design of the Hunters Edge and the recoil pad added by my gun smith, very fun to shoot.

Sweet set-up. I'm building a 270 win and going with that same stock. Hopefully same bullet too if it shoots them well. Glad to see it's working so well for you.
