Hey guys I,ve got 4 pts for both Mule deer and Antelope and I was looking for the best units to apply in for a combo hunt next year I'll be taking my son and we are not looking for a great trophy unit but one with alot of public land and possibly lower hunting pressure

One thing to remember...in most units the deer season opens AFTER antelope closes. So to hunt both you will need to catch the end of antelope just before deer opener. The antelope are usually a little more skittish and have had lots of the good bucks already in someones freezer. In the G & F hunting booklet it only lists the opening date. I have done what you are talking about several times and had a great time filling tags.

Not sure what to recommend as far as units go but I will be doing the same thing there this fall. Going to hunt the last 3 days of antelope season and then go hunt deer. Can't wait for October to get here...
