Anything that keeps you motived and is fun, you will continue to do and not quit shortly after starting.
IMHO- Look into it and see if the program interest you before committing.
Remember-
1. You get out what you put in.
2. You can't out exercise a bad lifestyle (diet).

I've been doing MTNTough for the last few years. It's as good as it gets. Great programs, and they're well presented as well. I like the coached videos, but some people prefer the printed programming to do on your own (mostly so they can listen to their music while they workout). I just like the coached ones, because I don't have to look at a PDF or printed paper to see what the next exercise is. With the coached ones, the coach in the video tells you what is coming next, and you just keep rolling. But all of the workouts are great, regardless of which type of presentation you prefer.

The Tough Sheep competition at Sheep Show kicked my butt. I haven't utilized any MTNTough programs, but I have yet to hear a bad word about them.
