My wife has brought me home three issues since I decided to not renew. I found several in both. Despite that, I really enjoyed one of the issues. Both have been in the last year, mind you. I'm not bashing them; just laying out the facts. Not trying to sound any more rude than I already may be, but it is not my job to provide them with specific hunting info. I try and help guys on this forum, but why the heck would I want that in a magazine for everyone to see?

Hmmmm interesting I thought mrs sections were only in subscriber subscriptions and not off the shelf copies.

That's true. The errors I talk about aren't as much in the MRS as the rest of the magazine. But yes, I have seen the latest Wyoming Elk MRS because I have a friend who does subscribe and he showed it to me. I find it to be an interesting read but not a good enough reason to subscribe. It seems to be the main selling point for their magazine but like I said, I enjoy reading tips, stories, gear reviews, etc. more than I do an opinion on where to apply.

I called eastmans last week and was told the Feb March issue was being released the 24th of January. I have not recieved my copy yet.

Seems like the mag always comes later during app season but maybe thats just me because I always look forward to getting it the most during that time of year! lol

I have noticed the errors in the past that have been discussed here in depth. It started when Cameron Hanes left, and there did seem to be alot of turn over for several years thereafter which didn't help. Continuity is a beautiful thing...if you can keep hold of it...

The FEB/MAR EJH MRS is up on their website now so you can logon and look at it if you are like me and can't wait the few extra days to get in the mail. Yes I have problems.
