Moving and need some info

Hi im cody 15 years old and looking for a place to go and get pionted in the right direction to shoot my fitst bull and buck with my dad but need a place to go.. Thanks in advance.

Depends on where your moving too, do your research and plan some scouting trips and go from there. Pick one or two areas and try and become well acquainted with them. Montana is full of great places to hunt

In Sheridan, you'll have the tabbaco roots right out your back door! There's mill creek, and ramshorn just to name a couple. Lots of hunters but I think if a guy did plenty of scouting you'd do OK. What's nice about that hunting district is its either sex for elk. Which is what I like. Hopes this helps somewhat

I would strongly recommend getting a hold of the local game warden, and biologist in the area that your moving to and talk to them about it and I'd bet they will be more than willing to help point you in the right direction.

Your in a great area like droptine said, most of the districts are either sex for elk, you can't possibly run out of country down there it's beautiful. I hunt down by there myself
