if there be ungulates there it sounds like a great place to hunt lions. if you are willing to brave the cold and camp out a night or two so much the better

Winter deer areas , brush around a calving pasture. They think like a gaint house cat will come to a call but it can take a long time at one set. Talk to local trapper se if they've seen tracks
