Kevin,
Yeah, it is a bummer but only an obstacle. The Chiro told me NO SQUATS! I said yeah, that's not gonna happen but I will lighten em up. I have totally revamped my lifting routine to be more dynamic and cardio based with circuits instead of sets. Lets me kill two stones with one bird, cardio and strength, kinda like crossfit in that regard. Thanks for the encouragement and as Cam says, "Keep Hammerin."

I'm down 14 lbs in 5 weeks. A $300 pot for who looses the most and a trip to Hawaii in April has got my butt in gear. It's more of a life style change for me. I normally diet and exersise a month or so before a hunt and it as worked pretty well for me in the passed but now getting older I felt it's time for a real change. I hope to be down 20 lbs by April 1st

Life style change is huge to success. I'm down almost 30 pounds since October and pretty used to my diet changes and getting to the gym each morning now but each day is a brand new day. Hoping any future setbacks won't be hard to overcome. Sure does not get easier as we age though.

$300 and a trip to Hawaii sounds like good motivation too ikic. :) I'm sure you will hit your goal in April if you keep at it.

Thanks Kevin. I'm planning a workout reg starting on Monday. I've been sick for 5 weeks with sinus and bronchitis and I hope it's almost gone so I can get to the workout.

Ok time to bring this back up to the top again!! Started back working out at the gym a few weeks ago after the surgery and everything feels great. No more pain but I can tell I haven't worked out in a while!! Taking it slow and looking forward to doing a little pack hike this weekend.

Just hoping all the challenges will be successful for everyone. At times the struggles can be difficult but my hope is that we all can be successful in our final outcomes.

I was editing some photos this past weekend that I took this past year. I tend to find things I either missed or overlooked in the all the pictures I take. Sometimes all it takes is, "taking another shot" at it to find some success. Hoping we all can be successful in our goals. Hang in there and God bless you all.
