Who's finding them and where? What your favorite recipe?

Dust them in flower then fry in butter and pour over a nice steak or I want to try a turkey pot pie if things go according to plan this spring.

Headed over to the Chico ( 4/13) area for a turkey hunt and plan to spend some time looking for them while Im there.

Ca guys help me out what are you all finding?

No matter how hard I try I can't find any Morels, plenty of cactus but no mushrooms. Maybe the Javelina are eating them all!

The nights are not warm enough in Ohio yet. It's usually about mid April before I start to find them. Some years are better than others, but they are not overly prevalent in my area.
Fried in flour and butter- Yum! Hopefully this side dish is sitting next to my baked eastern turkey!

A little butter and salt and pepper. Spring hasn't shown up here in Wisconsin yet. Snow and single digit wind chills as of yesterday. We usually see them towards the end of April and in to mid May. Can't wait to find some this year. Happy hunting.
