Moose eating (with pics)?

So while scouting in an area with a rising moose population we came across these. I've never seen elk to scrape off an entire chunk of bark like this. Normally I've only seen single bites that form the oval shaped bite marks. These were insanely high off the ground also like at the 6 foot to 7 foot level. So is this moose ? Thanks

Porcupine? I've seen them on aspens eating the bark.

Elk will do that in the winter, but just a couple bites off each tree

Elk and Moose both each quaking aspen bark, but I do not think in that way. Most of the elk sign I have seen has just been a few vertical lines. That right there was meticulously done. I imagine it took some time to create.
