I am in the western part of the state and the snow is deep and not going anywhere. The white tails near my place are hanging in there, but look tired and hungry. I hunt Mule deer near Lewistown and a friend of mine says the weather has been brutally cold, but the deer don't seem to care unless the snow piles up a few feet deep. Does anyone have more info or observations to share?
