I talked with Dallas Lane (lane precision) A while back about these. He said he uses them on some customers rifles when they want a lighter option than some of the other heavier scopes out. The current trend it feels like. He said that they have good glass and the dials are consistent too. Big zoom ratios available to. I was talking with him about a build but was having a tough time about scope choices wanted better than my Leupold but not as heavy as Nightforce.
Thanks!! That matches what I've been hearing/reading about March scopes. They seem like a pretty good, but expensive, option.
He recommended the 3-24 or the 2.5-25 for what I was looking at. If not probably a nightforce or x5 swarovski.

The March scope is one I'm curious about but I can't decide if I want to spend that much or not yet.
I'm looking for something to replace the VX-6 Leupold on my lighter 264WM. It doesn't properly return to zero after dialing elevation and I don't trust it for hunting anymore. It's going in for repair and then up for sale. I have 2 of the VX-6 3-18x scopes that don't dial reliably now after a couple years of use. The glass is amazing and I love the TMOA reticle, but the dialing is a deal breaker for me on the rifles I use hunting.
I have had good luck with the 5-30x Huskemaw on my heavy 264WM but don't want to put a giant scope (I call it the Hubbel space telescope) on my rifles I carry in steep country. That scope has good glass that performs as well in low light as the VX-6 3-18x50. Ryan Avery on Rokslide says he has a couple of their blue diamond series scopes and the glass is unimpressive but they dial perfect. I found a great deal on a Huskemaw 3-12x42 last week I am waiting to get in. If the glass is good enough in low light it will go on my light 300WM and I'll get a 4-16x Huskemaw for my 264WM. If it won't bring in enough light it will go on an AR I coyote hunt with for those smart ones that sit down at 350 or 400yds and won't come on in.
If the Huskemaw scopes don't cut it I might be saving up for a couple March scopes. Probably selling some guns and optics to buy them is more like it. The Zeiss V6 might be worth a look too. The Swaro X5 is another one but on the heavier side of what I want.

When we got to the scope, he recommended a March Scope. They are expensive but have great glass, nice options for their variable powers with wide ranges (low to high), and they're smaller and lighter than comparable NF scopes.
